Many trainors subscribe to the following as their public speaking motto:
"Tell them what you will tell them
Tell them
Tell them what you told them"
The danger here is if the audience already knew what you will tell them, then it will be a long speaking session.
"Tell them something they don't know..."
A tweak can affect our talk in a big way. So if we want to make a big difference, we may want to make those little adjustments.
